New solutions in the Empik stores
In Warsaw, in Galeria Mokotów, opened a new Empik store. The new concept of the store is based on conducted consumer research, solutions of world leaders and the tradition of the company.
The most important change is the introduction of interactive customer advisors in the form of a multimedia device. With it, customers will be able to easily search for products. Based on the data entered, it can also propose products to buy.
The arrangement of the store is to provide easier navigation through the store - individual departments are arranged in order of intuitive movement between them, it is used a new language of color for easier finding the zone featured products or bestsellers, and introduced clearer marking of zones.
OTOMI Store Design Lab cooperates with Empik in terms of comprehensive investments realization and project implementation.
